Who is it for?

Quick Pulse is for anyone seeking fast relief from emotional, mental, or physical stressors.

It’s ideal for those who want to make positive changes in specific areas of their lives, like overcoming fears, healing past traumas, or addressing physical discomforts, without the need to openly discuss or explain their issues.

What is it?

Quick Pulse is a gentle, energy-based process that works to release what you consider to be ‘factors’ limiting your life.

Prior to the session, you will have a list of 5-7 items that you want to release, no longer want in your life. This list doesn’t need to be shared with the Practitioner.

You will be silently focusing on an item for a brief period of 2-4 minutes, while your Practitioner uses the technique to helps clear out and unravel the various pieces tied to the personal struggle the individual is ready to release.

Done in a quiet, private setting, this process kindly makes space for the new, positive experiences which is then another step towards a more balanced bodymind.

People often report feeling more peaceful, relaxed and at ease after a Pulse session. Often clients notices changes in their life beginning with feeling lighter and more comfortable in the days that follow. 

When to use this?

Have a Quick Pulse session whenever you’re facing difficult emotions, stress, physical pain, or if you’re ready to move beyond a limiting belief or recurring problem in your life.

It’s amazingly useful during times of transition, or when you’re looking for a quick reset on any challenging area.

How to access?

To access Quick Pulse, schedule a session with a practitioner. The only requirement is that there be voice to voice contact.

For your appointment time, you can write your list of 5-7 items.

The first session is approximately one hour.

Advanced Quick Pulse©

Who is it for?

Advanced Quick Pulse is designed for anyone looking for deep, very precise transformation in any areas of life where they feel held back.

It’s especially suitable for individuals who enjoy talking things through with the practitioner and are happy to share information when prompted.

 

What is it?

Advanced Quick Pulse is an in-depth version of the Quick Pulse that delves into core belief systems.

The client brings a list of 5-7 focused items which the practitioner uses as a starting point. The client discusses the various aspects of a particular item on the list.

Through basic, easy questioning, the practitioner will work with the client to help uncover a core limiting belief.

In silence, the client concentrates for 2-4 minutes while the Practitioner is using the technique on the limiting belief. The session involves multiple, targeted pulses.

Clients usually feel very relaxed and calm during the technique.

The ability to express themselves around oftentimes difficult subject matters, is lightened and easier.

At the conclusion of the session, the practitioner respectfully ensures the Client is comfortable.

When to use this?

Advanced Quick Pulse is when you’re ready to discuss and address deeply rooted issues or are looking for more detailed guidance in your personal growth journey.

It’s ideal for times when you’re experiencing physical, emotional or mental barriers or seeking to overcome long-standing patterns.

When you need to know that the root of “it” (whatever that may be) is being addressed and you are heard, Advanced Quick Pulse is for you!

To access Advanced Quick Pulse, book a session with a practitioner, either in person or via a live-stream platform.

You’ll bring along a list of items/issues to be shared with your practitioner at the start of the session.

Allow for one hour. (if you are looking for more time, please advise at appointment time)
