 108 Sun Salutation Challenge©

Join our  Sun Salutations program, designed to prepare for the powerful experience of completing 108 Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) on either the Winter solstice or Spring equinox marking these pivotal and impactful times of the year.

Starting in January, April and in September (approx timing), this physically and mentally transformative class will guide you step-by-step towards the final goal of completing 108 rounds of specific poses – considered by many to be the ‘marathon’ equivalent in Yoga.

Each week, you’ll build strength, stamina, and mindfulness, with all the necessary guidance, support and encouragement as well as your group’s accountability.

Anyone is welcome from zero to advanced experience with positions, transitions and modifications offered.

This program incorporates fitness, breath-work and flow and can provide a great goal for those  trying to get new or more movement in their life, or for those looking to add strength and a new twist to an already active lifestyle.

January 2026 Start

  • Complete one hour of training a week in studio and/or online in preparation for completing 108 Sun Salutation rounds consecutively.
  • The next program set runs from January 2026 until mid March 2026.

April 2026 Start

  • Complete one hour of training a week in studio and/or online  in preparation for completing 108 Sun Salutation rounds consecutively to meet the June equinox.
  • This program set runs from April 2026 until mid June 2026.

Join in this 90 minute workshop to move, restore, connect, write, your way into new habits and empowering, potentially life changing benefits. 

A very relaxing, reflective, thought provoking, yet easy to grasp, take home practice!
