1) 108 Sun Salutation Challenge©
Join our 12-week Sun Salutations program, designed to prepare for the powerful experience of completing 108 Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) on either the Winter solstice or Spring equinox marking these pivotal and impactful times of the year.
Starting in January and in September, this physically and mentally transformative class will guide you step-by-step towards the final goal of completing 108 rounds of specific poses – considered by many to be the ‘marathon’ equivalent in Yoga.
Each week, you’ll build strength, stamina, and mindfulness, with all the necessary guidance, support and encouragement as well as your group’s accountability.
Anyone is welcome from zero to advanced experience with positions, transitions and modifications offered.
This program incorporates fitness, breath-work and flow and can provide a great goal for those trying to get new or more movement in their life, or for those looking to add strength and a new twist to an already active lifestyle.
