BodyTalk sessions are for those who wants to cut through the layers of B.S., Memories, Ancestral and Environmental impacts, Hormonal/Chemical issues, Musculoskeletal, Emotional, Physiological, Biological, Epigenetic areas and more!
BodyTalk is a gentle, non-invasive and safe modality that respects the body’s needs and the priority order in which the layers need to be addressed to get at the Health Challenge.
Your Practitioner uses a neuro-muscular biofeedback system and an extensive Protocol to ask questions, find and identify areas where the body’s complex circuits of communication systems are disrupted, inefficient, broken or have interconnected.
The practitioner will sequentially link these highlighted circuit pieces together for that priority, combination towards a re-balanced communication pathway.
Using a variety of techniques including tapping and the practitioner’s guided focus, the client’s natural, “innate” healing processes of the body will begin to re-calibrate, digest and store these revealed communication areas.
Learning about what your body and mind have done to keep you “safe” can be a very eye-opening, fascinating and satisfying experience.
As each bodymind change is revealed and implemented, there is a natural building block effect.
The bodymind intuitively knows the number of highlighted areas that can be prepared and balanced for the client during any one session. The timing for the end of the session and when/if there are any follow-up sessions is tuned into.
Always with a high level of integrity and permissions, a BodyTalk session is unique to each individual because the Whole picture of everything you have brought into this life and experienced up to this point, has created your body and your mind’s very specific needs and communication patterns.

How can I access it?
You can experience BodyTalk in person, remotely or via a Distance session. All formats offer the same tools and techniques, so you can choose the option that best fits your lifestyle and comfort level.
Regardless of how you connect with your Practitioner, your first session requires an INTAKE form.
Depending on detail level and/or budget, initial sessions can be from 60 minutes to 90+ minutes.
Follow-up sessions are up to 60 minutes.
You are fully clothed and comfortably sitting or laying.
Hydration post session is very important.
Your practitioner can highlight any other post session recommendations, but will never prescribe medication or give any diagnostic information.
