Weight & Metabolism sessions are designed for individuals looking to achieve a healthy balance in their weight, metabolism, and overall body appreciation.
This service is ideal for those who may feel stuck or imbalanced with their weight, metabolic health, their perceptions of weight and metabolism and for those who are ready to explore wholistic, non-invasive methods to look deeply and restore their body and mind’s natural equilibrium.
These sessions will resonate with people who are willing to take the time to explore and implement both the information and the process.
Candidates who are dedicated to a healthy lifestyle which includes nutrition, movement, patterns, toxins, past events, genetics and epigenetics etc will be considered.
These sessions use BodyTalk and Epigenetic techniques to address and harmonize the underlying communication, emotional, and physical factors affecting weight and metabolism based on the PRIORITY sequence of your bodymind.
Together, the client and practitioner begin to reveal the body’s unique systems and the ways in which genetics, epigenetics, toxins, diets, and many other factors have affected them.
These sessions aim to release blockages, reduce stress, and restore natural metabolic balances.
Each session is tailored to identify and address root causes, helping your body find its’ optimal state of health.

*Please note that routine Lymph session which clear out toxins and waste can be very beneficial to this process. As with all services, the priority timing is asked. These sessions are optional and at the discretion of the client.
