Helpful for those struggling with grief, mourning, or emotional pain related to a shock or loss.
If you are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply need support in moving forward/healing, this session can ease you and your family through it.
The Compassion session may encompass all modalities Bodymind Joy offers.
It can help with the freeze response and invites in nervous system relief.
It can help release grief, ease emotional pain, and restore a sense of inner peace.
Always using a Priority lense, the sessions offer each person their unique re-balancing.
What is it?
When to use this?
Use this session type when you or your loved ones feel frozen or weighed down by grief or traumatic event, have difficulty processing loss, struggling to move or move forward.
It’s beneficial in the early stages of mourning or during anniversaries, birthdays, or other significant times that trigger pain.
It can also help if you are feeling disconnected or distant from others or even yourself during the healing process.
Bodymind Joy understands when these type of life events hit and so these sessions are intended to give comfort in knowing that there is support and help when physical, mental, emotional energy is low.
Compassion sessions are helpful even when the idea of “talking through” anything is hard.
