What is the difference between “in person, remote and distance” sessions

-In person = with practitioner in studio

-Remote = on Zoom

-Distance = Practitioner does the session and sends session to client.

All session types are equally effective.

What does “Permissions mean?

Every modality at Bodymind Joy is always guided by the principal of permission to work with the client. Yes, you may give Permission when you fill out the paperwork/waivers, but we always, respectfully, check in with your body + mind prior to the start.

In order to do this, the practitioner will establish a ‘yes/no’ biofeedback response. This is done with every session regardless of whether it is in person, zoom or distance.

In cases where clients are unable to speak for themselves, a Representation Agreement or other form of consent from the caretaker will be needed. (please reach out to discuss if you have any concerns)

What does “Priority” mean?

The absolute beauty of these Wholistic modalities through Bodymind Joy, is the uniqueness of the bodymind’s , priority sequencing for the communication pathways that need the re-balancing.

The ‘guessing game’, ‘chasing symptoms’, ‘next steps’ is alleviated as we tune in to the body and mind’s  Innate (knowing) wisdom.

What is INNATE WISDOM?

When you cut your finger, you do not sit there and tell the body the process of:

start to bleed, begin to form the fibrin mesh (60 secs), blood platelets gather and begin  to clot, skin begin to send tissue to the area, and…immune system: check in on this space so that we send the correct inflammatory response, and so on.

When you cut your finger, your Body’s wisdom to heal takes over in its’ attempt to take care of you.

This is the INNATE, the all knowing of your bodymind.

What paperwork does Bodymind Joy require?

If you are a first time client for a BodyTalk or Integrative session, you will be emailed an Intake Form to fill out prior to your first session. (if possible fill out and send in to practitioner before you meet) .

All clients of any modality must sign a Bodymind Joy Waiver which must be completed prior to any session start.

How can I pay for my session(s) ?
